REQUIREMENT BY THE LEGISLATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

Cleaning and disinfection of ventilation and air conditioning systems (split systems, multi-zone split systems, rooftop air conditioners, central air conditioning and ventilation systems, and household air conditioners) shall be carried out by the owners of the ventilation systems (legal entities and individual entrepreneurs) under a contract with ventilation service providers or specialized organizations authorized to perform such work and possessing the appropriate specialists and equipment, in accordance with Paragraph 6 of Chapter 3 of the Sanitary Rules "Sanitary and Epidemiological Requirements for the Disinfection of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems," approved by Order No. ҚР ДСМ-95 of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 1 September 2021.
